The SOBO10 Townhomes started by purchasing one residential lot on S. Pearl St. in a dense zone district. In an effort to help bring uniformity to the block and optimize our efforts, we talked to the neighbor to determine if they were interested in selling their property. Sure enough, they were interested and we purchased a second lot. The two lots together allowed for a more complete design with an emphasis on primary street frontage. From Pearl Street, the 10 townhomes appear as a paired home with street facing front doors. There are two and three bedroom options, all with amazing views from their own fourth story roof deck. Construction is scheduled to be complete in October of 2020.
