Casey started his career in 2011 shortly after completing graduate school at the University of Colorado at Denver. In Casey's efforts to begin his career after school he walked into an architecture firm near his home and introduced himself. He had found a great place to start his career and worked at Intergroup Architects for the next 7 years. Casey gained extensive experience in many project types including health care, office warehouse, recreational, tenant finish, multifamily and residential projects.

After completing graduate school with Casey, Ryan saturated the architectural community with his portfolio at a time when jobs were scarce. Ryan came in contact with a number of great firms but was utmost fortunate to join the Slaterpaul Architects family, now Hord Coplan Macht. During Ryan's time with the wonderful people at Slaterpaul, Ryan gained valuable experience in education projects of all types. These projects include new construction in K-12 and higher education facilities to additions and renovations of historic education buildings. Ryan moved to Littleton, CO in 2015 and joined Intergroup Archtiects with his brother Casey. At Intergroup, over the next 2.5 years Ryan extended his project type experience to office, office warehouse, civic, tenant finish, and residential projects.
