LSTRE is a new insulated metal building designed to accommodate three commercial tenants, including Wyatt’s Towing as the primary occupant. The project emphasizes durability, efficiency, and flexibility, providing a robust structural system well suited for industrial and service-oriented uses. The building layout is organized to support multiple tenancy while allowing each tenant clear functional separation and operational autonomy.

The project is currently in the Building Review phase, progressing through municipal review and approval prior to construction.
