The Pearl Street Development was originally a PUD comprised of three property owners. Casey Adragna is the owner of the larger lot. The goal is for the two smaller lots to have the ability to be developed as two duplex sites and for the larger lot to be developed as a triplex. This type of density would better match the street frontage across the street which contains multifamily units. After much work and communication with the City of Englewood  a rezoning process will need to take place in lieu of a PUD.
